Join East Side Jews for RISE AND FALL, a concert from theatre dybbuk and HEX that mashes up spoken language and song to form a journey of creation, separation, coming together, and coming apart. This outdoor event combines poetic text from theatre dybbuk’s theatrical works entwined with and elevated by HEX’s exquisite vocal landscapes.

About theatre dybbuk & HEX:

theatre dybbuk creates lyrical theatrical performances and innovative educational encounters, through which they seek to illuminate universal human experience for contemporary audiences by exploring Jewish thought.

HEX is an LA-based vocal ensemble that focuses on new, experimental music and theater. The group is driven by pieces and projects that utilize musical storytelling, extended vocal techniques, extraordinary presentation, and improvisation.
