The Parenting Center
Lead by the Elizabeth Schwandt, Senior Director of SIJCC’s Child Development Center, the Parenting Center provides ongoing support to parents and children during the time it is most valuable to impact developmental trajectories.
The Parenting Center works as a team with families and teachers to address any developmental concerns, barriers, or observations. Families are provided with ongoing advice and individualized programs to support children at school and at home as well as referrals to trusted outside resources when necessary.
Families currently enrolled in our ECE have access to the Parenting Center consultations free of charge. If you are not currently enrolled in our ECE program but are interested in Parenting Center services please email sharon@sijcc.net.
Elizabeth Schwandt holds a masters in special eduction and is currently completing her doctorate in child clinical psychology. She is Board certified and licensed behavior analyst.
