Join us for a Jewish new moon ritual
RSVP REQUIRED
Rosh Chodesh, literally meaning “head of the month,” is a minor Jewish holiday celebrated to mark the beginning of each new month in the Hebrew calendar.
The month of Sh’vat is the fifth month of the Hebrew calendar. Sh’vat is well known for Tu B’Shevat, the new year for the trees. Sh’vat is a month of new growth and rigor, and the first day of Sh’vat begins that renewal.
At this community-led ritual we will celebrate Rosh Chodesh, the Lunar New Year, and get spiritually grounded in the moment engaging in guided reflection, meditation, and music.
